Ester Community Association Meetings General meetings are usually held on the second Sunday in October, in April (before Easter), and when necessary. Board meetings are held shortly before each general meeting, to set the agenda. Planning meetings for ECA events and work parties are also held. Upcoming Events: SPRING GENERAL MEETING, Hartung Hall, 3 pm, May 18 NOTE: at the Fall 2007 General Membership Meeting, new draft bylaws were presented to the membership for approval. These will be voted on at the spring 2008 meeting. Please review them BEFORE that time.
