Playground retaining wall for the park:

Retaining wall: this includes incorporating OMS (Old Mining...Stuff), flowerbeds, the kiosk, and new park benches. Below is a drawing of the area between the playground and the parking lot as it is now and the plan for the new setup.

The work party was held June 16, 2007, and most of the work was completed in the week leading up to and after it. The kiosk and a bit of landscaping still need doing, but it's mostly all finisihed, including some beautiful flowers in the flower boxes (some perennials, too).
